Just a few more hours until this year’s Pikes Peak challenge will start and already the Ducatis have set the pace taking the poll with a V4 Streetfighter prototype ridden by Carlin Dunne with a qualifying time of 4:09.550.
This year’s hill climb will feature 27 riders covering four different classes; lightweight, middleweight, heavyweight and exhibition powersport, with the slowest competitors running first uphill along the 12.42 mile stretch of twisties to complete the Race to the Clouds event.
Live races start at 07:30 local (14:30 UK Time) and set to end at 12:00 (19:00 UK Time)
