Is the UK considering implementing motorcycling laws that will seriously affect bikers?

With a wave of new legislation for road use as well as testing standards and procedures, many are asking whether the proposals are intended to promote riding or to deter even further?

Whether it’s it emissions or noise, appearance or riding test standards, questions are being fired back but nobody is quite sure what the evidence is to support such proposals.

Indeed even the Department for Transport has struggled to provide information that would support such proposals. So surely this begs the question; why changes are required?
