Honda Motorcycles in the USA are not having a great time of it of late. Now they have just announced that they will be recalling over 1000 units of the CMX 1100 Rebel for a faulty radiator cap that’s incorrect forming could lead to hot liquid being spewed over the rider leading to a crash and injury.

The dealerships will replace the cap with a non faulty one and top up the coolant should that be necessary.
Owners will be contacted in due course, however owners of 2021 bikes should contact their dealers should they wish to have their bikes inspected and rectified before being officially called by the company which is likely to be in February.
