For the most part news of the 2024 motorcycle models is announced in the latter stages of August and then ramps up through September and into October then finally winding down by the end of November. This builds up the anticipation and gets those saliva glands working overtime.
Manufacturers’ Notice
Motorcycle manufacturers heighten expectation to give potential customers prior notice of things to come. Also they tease us what new and exciting models, technology and innovations will be available to buy the following year. And in some cases even which products are available for pre order, which just gives some that instant gratification too.
2024 Motorcycle Model Marketing Hype
The autumn launch season for 2024 Motorcycle Models coincides with motorcycle events and shows around the globe. Thus giving the brands an opportunity to market their products and flame the hype too.
2024 Motorcycle Model Early Starters
Some brands are already initialising their marketing campaigns whilst others are already releasing details. Can-Am for example have already started to release information, whilst other brands have been releasing option changes on existing models. These would be 2024 motorcycle models that were also available the previous year. However there might be changes such as paint colours or accessories. Which can appear as subtle but still enough to produce comparable contrast.
2024 Motorcycle Model Late Bloomers
Whilst many of the more notable brands will be focussing on 2024 motorcycle models, some manufacturers take the opportunity to release bikes for the here and now. Companies like American made Harley Davidson frequently bring out models throughout the year. They changed their marketing a few years ago and it appears to be very successful. This drip feeding of news and products tends to keep their brand name in the consciousness.
What is coming?
Most of the big brands will be offering at least one of two new motorcycles or significant changes to existing bikes in the coming year. The mighty BMW Motorrad have already announced that their flagship R 1250 GS Adventure bike will be getting a 1300cc liquid cooled engine. Who knows what else they intend to bring out but rumours hint towards another R18 model.
Indian giant; Royal Enfield are poised to release up to ten new motorcycles or variants in the next few months. Whilst other Indian motorcycle brands either solely or in partnership with other major brands are primed to release more.
The other big American bike producer; Indian motorcycles are set to bring out a new model for 2024 however the details of this have not been factually released.
Other hard hitting European brands will also be making waves with new 2024 motorcycle model variants and concepts. Keep an eye out for some smaller brands and a big push for smaller displacement engine bikes.
2024 Motorcycle Models – China Is On The Hunt
Of course the 2024 motorcycle model season launch would not be complete without the ever growing and popular Chinese brands. Whom will be bringing budget prices with improving quality and technology in their bikes.
The sometimes underwhelming models from Chinese brands of the past have certainly changed over the years. Now former European brand names have been taken over by Chinese corporations. This gives the brand name a new lease of life and offers great bikes and affordable prices.
